Brian Di Salvo
Mr. Di Salvo is responsible for the firm’s overall acquisition efforts across all business lines including principal transactions, operations and institutional advisory. He leads origination and capital markets by identifying new investments and arranging debt or equity financing through long-term relationships with investors, lenders and property owners. He brings 14 years of investment experience having acquired over 57 assets valued at more than $1.7 billion.
Prior to founding C6, Mr. Di Salvo led real estate originations at Partners Group, a global investment management firm with over $70 billion under management. While at Partners Group, Mr. Di Salvo was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence and execution of US portfolio recapitalizations.
Prior to Partners Group, Mr. Di Salvo held positions at CBRE and TREC Investment Realty. Mr. Di Salvo is active in local communities as the Founder of The Jack DiSalvo Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. He earned a B.S. in Real Estate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Mr. Kotzas leads investment strategy, advisory and execution including due diligence, negotiation, and investor relations. He oversees structuring and financial underwriting for all principal and third-party transactions. Mr. Kotzas has over 12 years of experience including the execution of more than $1 billion of real estate transactions across all major asset classes.
Prior to founding C6, Mr. Kotzas led US due diligence and execution efforts for Partners Group. During his tenure, he was responsible for structuring and executing complex fund and joint venture portfolio recapitalizations. Prior to Partners Group, Mr. Kotzas was responsible for acquisitions and asset management for Assurant. Mr. Kotzas holds a BA in Economics from New York University.
Mr. Facatselis is responsible for day-to-day operations at properties managed by C6 including tenant relations, rent collection, administration, building maintenance. He coordinates leasing of available space in the portfolio, manages rollover and increases tenant retention through direct relationships. He manages project renovations and expedites governmental approval and compliance processes.
Mr. Facatselis’ hands-on approach and direct relationships with tenants ensures a high level of customer service at C6 properties through a daily presence addressing all tenant inquiries and property matters. Mr. Facatselis holds a BA in Business Administration from Rider University.
Mr. Pitzer leads operational, asset management and advisory efforts at C6. He is responsible for overseeing operating partners, financial analysis, budgeting and expediting project management execution. He has over 16 years of experience as a principal investor and operator. Mr. Pitzer spent ten years at Madison Marquette, a national real estate investment manager and developer with a 20 million square foot portfolio.
While at Madison Marquette, Mr. Pitzer helped oversee a $485 million private equity real estate fund, ultimately overseeing the recapitalization of the fund by forming a new joint venture partnership with the legacy assets in the portfolio. He earned an MBA in Finance/Real Estate from The University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Yodice leads project and construction management activities at C6 properties. He is responsible for commercial tenant build-outs, management of residential unit turnover and general supervision of contractors.
Mr. Yodice is a licensed general contractor and has 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction and property management in the state of New Jersey.
